Marc is an Environmental Law Specialist, certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He leads the firm’s litigation group. Marc litigates environmental civil claims and appeals MOE Orders and Approvals to the Environmental Review Tribunal. He also defends prosecutions. Marc is an original member of TCA’s Environment Committee.
 

INSTRUCTOR: Charles (Chuck) Birchall

Chuck is an Environmental Law Specialist, certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has extensive experience in advising about environmental compliance, assessments and approvals. Chuck acts for construction companies with environmental offences charged under the Ontario Water Resources Act.
