Fundamentals of Construction Contract Administration for Project Administrators

This fundamentals course is a must have for ALL individuals from prime contractors offices and subcontractors offices, project owners and consultants offices who administer construction contracts, either CCDC format or customized. Contract Administration requires a commitment to best practices that reduce conflict, improve negotiated outcomes, and offer the project the ultimate probablility for success between the boardroom table where contracts are executed and the field where they are performed.
