Michael’s practical and time-saving advice has resolved wide-ranging issues arising from procurement and contract disputes and lien, trust and delay claims.

Jeff Scorgie is a partner in the Construction Practice Group at WeirFoulds with a practice that focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts and advising on other “front end” aspects of construction projects. Jeff assists his clients in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and providing advice throughout the course of a project as disputes or issues arise. Jeff has experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting all manner of construction contracts including design-build, construction management, EPC, development, consulting and supply agreements.
